"Rhythms of Israel"

    In "Rhythms of Israel," R'nanah explores a rich variety of Jewish music from the present and the past.  The disc includes songs by popular Israeli singers such as David Broza and Noa, polyphonic pieces by Salamone Rossi from early 17th century Italy, and arrangements of Israeli folk songs such as Tzena and Hora.  It also features choral works by contemporary Israeli composers Tzvi Avni and Yehezkel Braun.
